Cole Whitaker

Cole Whitaker was taught how to quilt by his grandmother at five years old but only got back into quilting at the age of 40. Since then he has won multiple awards for his quilts including Best of Show at the international Quilt Festival-Long Beach and second place in piecing at QuiltCon. He teaches classes, creates custom quilts, speaks at guilds, offers longarming service and designs quilt patterns.

Cole's background in graphic design gave him the skills to design quilt patterns digitally. His 20 years of teaching experience makes him the perfect person to teach other quilters how to create quilt patterns digitally.
