Alex Sorensen

Hi friends! I’m Alex Sorensen from Provo, Utah and I am obsessed with sewing. I love to share my joy of creating on my social media, My Sew Bliss. In 2011 I started making sewing tutorials on YouTube where I love to share patterns, fabrics, and information all relating to sewing. I then started sharing projects that I designed as well as brands that I love. What started out as just a YouTube channel then developed into a blog and an instagram account showcasing my creations. I love teaching others how fun and addicting sewing (and buying fabric) can be. This past year I launched my first pattern, a basket, and my first online course, Sew Cool Sew School! I have loved being a Baby Lock ambassador since 2020 and sharing their products with my audience. I have also worked with brands such as Joann Fabrics, Create Room, Cricut, and Mood Fabrics. I love sharing all different kinds of projects but especially clothing, quilts, and bags! I want all Sewists to realize that if you can sew a quilt you can sew clothing and vice versa. It is so fun to explore all the possibilities in the world of sewing and I feel like I am just getting started in my journey!
